Village Cinema Complex

One of the largest projects ever undertaken by Amstar was the fitout of the new Village SKYCITY Cinema Complex at Westfield St Lukes.

The eight-screen cinema, with a total seating capacity of 1650, is the final stage of a $55 million redevelopment of the shopping mall. It features state-of-the-art digital sound and screen technology, stadium-style seating, a spacious foyer, a private function room, an interactive games area, and a licenced bar.

Taking on an overall management role, Amstar worked closely with the client, Walker Architects and numerous subcontractors to enable the cinema to open two weeks ahead of schedule.
