Sky Cinema Manukau

The works comprised the fitting out of a cinema complex for a 3-storey shell building which is an integral part of the Westfield Manukau Shopping Centre complex. The 8-cinema complex included complete fitout, services, ceilings and internal stairs and features commercial kitchen, bathrooms, partitioning, joinery fittings, floor coverings, feature walls and special feature suspended ceilings. The shell is typically a structural steel frame with reinforced and precast concrete construction and specialised ascoustic exterior lightweight wall cladding and a similar acoustically treated metal roof.
