The Compaq fitout was designed by Ad Taken of No End Design as part of the Maritime Square office precinct at Auckland's Viaduct Basin.

Amstar Interiors was commissioned to carry out the fitout and control the service trades.

The fitout included installation of the new Versi-wall full-height demountable office partitioning system. Other features of the fitout are a curved glass wall in the meeting room, and bronze-aluminium partitioning in the internal stairwell, which allows staff on all floors to interact more freely.
